Agent-firstWorkflow design

Built around work that happens at the property

The problem

Agents move between properties, clients, showing details, and administrative follow-up. When mobile activity and office workflows are separated, information has to be re-entered and the client experience becomes harder to coordinate.

The approach

The product keeps field and administrative workflows connected: agents can work from the property, while the web experience supports the broader showing and account workflow around that activity.

Implementation

The system was developed as a coordinated product family rather than isolated mobile and desktop tools, with the AI showing workflow grounded in the day-to-day actions of real-estate agents.

What we learned

  • Real-estate software has to stay useful while an agent is moving, speaking with clients, and handling keys or property access.
  • A shared data model matters more than visual similarity when mobile and web applications support different parts of one journey.
