The problem
Running advertising across many physical screens creates a fragmented workflow: each location can need different creative, schedules, campaign rules, and reporting, while advertisers still need evidence about the audiences reached.
The approach
The product connects campaign management with a distributed Android display network. Users choose advertising content, locations, and schedules from the web application, while the AI Signage layer collects and organizes audience insights for campaign review.
Implementation
The centralized web application lets users run different advertisements on selected screens and manage the relationship between campaigns, customers, devices, and places. The AI Signage module brings audience information back into the same operating view.
What we learned
- Campaign, screen, customer, and location records need one shared model so a user can understand exactly where and when each advertisement runs.
- Audience analytics should use clear notices, appropriate consent or legal basis, defined retention, access controls, and aggregated reporting wherever individual identification is unnecessary.
